Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A widely distributed and common species which prefers lowland areas. Frequently a pest in Teak.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Batanta; Supiori Island: Korido, Nansfori; Biak Island: Biak City, Biak Timur; Numfor Island: Namber; Japen Island: Ambaidiru; Mioswaar Island: Waprak; New Guinea: Ampas, Bernhard Camp, Besum, Borme, Depapre, Dotir (Wandammen), Fakfak, Jayapura, Kwerba, Meja Reserve (Manokwari), Pim, Prafi, Rasiei (Wandammen), Senopi, Sentani, Sinimburu, Sorong, Taja Rifi, Tandia (Wandammen), Tekai (Keerom District), Teminaboean, Tuan Wowi, Ubrub, Uskwar, Vriendschap River, Wambes, Wondiboy Mts., Yuruf.
