STATUS: A rather rare species. It seems to prefer mountainous areas.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Bivak 39a (Star Mts.exp. 1939), Mt. Goliath (Gn. Yamin), Mt. Kunupi (Kobowre Mts.), Mokndoma, Oksibil (Mabilabol), Pass Valley, Wasior. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
