STATUS: Widely distributed in New Guinea. A common species.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island; New Guinea: Andai, Etna Bay, MacCluer Gulf, Kapaur (Fakfak), Nomnagihé, Prauwenbivak, Sorong, Sua (Keerom), East Tami, Timika, Wendesi. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
