Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A common and widely distributed species. It is represented in New Guinea by ssp. fumata.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Numfor Island; New Guinea: Fakfak, Gere (Humboldt Bay), Mt. Goliath, Mt. Kunupi, Mokwam, Ninay Valley, Nomnagihé, Sabron Camp (Cyclops), Senopi, Upper Setekwa River, Sinimburu, Uskwar, Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australian area from Himalaya to Queensland (Australia).
