Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A common species in the western part of New Guinea. Distinguished from affinis by the entire black abdomen, while affinis has the distal half of the abdomen yellow.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Base Camp (Utakwa River), Borme, Canoe Camp (Utakwa River), Cyclops Mts, Etna Bay, Kloofbivak, Upper Setekwa River, Sorong, Uskwar, Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.
