STATUS: Widely distributed in New Guinea, a common species.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island; Roon Island; Japen Island: Ansus; New Guinea: Base Camp (Utakwa River), Hollandia (Jayapura), Humboldt Bay, Kapaur (Fakfak), Mimika River, Pionierbivak, Upper Setekwa River, Tami River, Wai Sai River (Kobowre Mts). Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
