Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Widely distributed in New Guinea but a rare species. Somewhat resembling E. extravagans but the markings much smaller in sexmaculata and with a large basal patch on the forewing.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island: Camp nok; New Guinea: Wembi. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
