STATUS: A rather common species, widely distributed in New Guinea. The species is represented in Papua by ssp. incarnata.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Abmisibil, Anggi Lakes, Bilogai, Dohunsehik, Mt. Goliath, Mt. Kunupi, Langda, Nomnagihé, Pass Valley, Walmak, Wasior. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
