STATUS: The species is in Papua represented by ssp. eusticta, which is not common.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Abmisibil, Anggi Lakes, Araboebivak, Dohunsehik (Arfak), Mt. Goliath, Mt. Kunupi, Paniai, Pass Valley, Walmak. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
