STATUS: A rare species but widely distributed. Found at higher altitudes.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Abmisibil, Mt. Goliath, Ilaga, Mt. Kunupi, Pass Valley, Walmak. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
