Distribution

 

 

 

 

STATUS: A common species. Widely distributed in the Indo-Australian region. Males have the tornal patch pale brown while females have this dark brown to black.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island: Camp Nok; Supiori Island: Nansfori; Biak Island: Biak; New Guinea: Base Camp (Utakwa River), Boma, Borme, Demaisi, Depapre, Fakfak, Getentiri, Mt. Goliath, Humboldt Bay, Huri-Mber, Kouh, Mt. Lina (Cyclops), Mokwam, Ninay Valley, Pass Valley, Rasiei, Sentani, Upper Setekwa River, Sibil, Sinimburu, Syoubri, Tandia, Utakwa River, Walmak, Wembi. EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australian region.
