STATUS: Distributed from Sulawesi to North Australia in 6 subspecies.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Biak Island; New Guinea: Affi, Ampas, Fakfak, Mt. Kunupi, Nabire, Nomnagihé, Uskwar. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Sulawesi, Moluccas, The Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Queensland (Australia).
