STATUS: Widely distributed in New Guinea. This common species is rather small and probably therefore many times has been overlooked.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Maripi (Arfak), Utakwa River, Waena. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
