Distribution

 

 

 

STATUS: Not very common in Papua and only found at coastal areas. Probably migrating from the West.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Moor Island; Pantai Timur Island; Numfor Island: Namber; New Guinea: Fakfak, Jayapura, Manokwari, Nabire, Sarmi, Sorong, Wasior. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australian region from India to North Australia, not found in Papua New Guinea.
