Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: In Papua represented by three subspecies in the Central Mountain Range. A fourth subspecies (kuning) is recently synonymized with ssp. archboldi.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: ssp. magoda: Magoda; ssp. gottsi: Tembagapura; ssp. archboldi: Abmisibil, Habbema Lake, Ibele, Ilaga, Ilu, Kanggime, Mulia, Pass Valley, Sinak, Tiom. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
