STATUS: a rare species. Distinguished from the other species by the dark fringes of the wings.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island; Biak Island; New Guinea: Base Camp (Utakwa River), Utakwa River. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
