STATUS: Widely distributed, an uncommon species.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Waigeo Island; Batanta Island; Biak Island; Japen Island; Rumberpon Island; Amberfron; New Guinea: Dorey (Manokwari), Fakfak, Humboldt Bay, Kaimana, Nabire, Sorong, Werba. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Kai Islands, Aru Islands, Watubela Islands, Moluccas, Papua New Guinea.
