Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Rare. Known from a few scattered locations across New Guinea. In Northern Province (PNG) a probable other subspecies occurs.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: ssp. dicomas: Waigeo Island; ssp. rufinus: New Guinea: Mt. Goliath, Sorong. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
