STATUS: A rare species. If the proposed synonymy of ianthina Tite, 1963 and agatha is correct (Sands, 1986: 368), the distribution of this taxon extends to western West Papua.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Roon Island; Supiori Island: Korido; New Guinea: Dabra, Arfak Mountains, Fakfak, Nabire. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
