Distribution

 

 

 

STATUS: A common species, widely distributed. Subspecies papuana is restricted to New Guinea.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Biak: Base Biak; New Guinea: Abmisibil, Ampas, Borme, Etna Bay, Langda, Mabilabol, Nabire, Om, Sentani, Sorong, Taja Rifi, Timika, Ubrub, Walmak, Warmare Dua (Arfak), Wasior (Wandammen), Werba (Fakfak), Yuruf. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Indo-Australia, Papua New Guinea.
