Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Widely distributed in New Guinea, in Papua restricted to the Central Mountain Range. The red-brown colour, marbled with green and purple, is diagnostic.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: New Guinea: Ampas, Enarotali, Mt. Goliath, Lake Habbema, Iebele Camp, Mist Camp, Moss Forest Camp, Top Camp, Walmak. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
