Distribution

 

 

 

 

 

STATUS: Mainly distributed in the Central Mountain Range of New Guinea. In Papua represented by two subspecies. The isolated locality in the Arfak Mountains (Mokwam) is remarkable with a wide gap between the next locality of the subspecies in Nabire!

PAPUA LOCALITIES: ssp. flavidior: New Guinea: Karubaga, Kobakma, Landikma, Modio, Mokwam, Nabire, Pass Valley, Sumbole; ssp. mavroneria: New Guinea: Abmisibil, Batimban, Borme, Langda, Mabilabol. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
