Distribution
STATUS: This species is recently revised. The species is endemic in Papua and is represented by two subspecies.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: ssp. approximata: Enarotali, Homeyo, Ibele, Ilaga, Ilu, Kanggime, Lake Habbema, Kamu Valley, Kanggime, Korupun, Makki, Mapia, Ninya, Pass Valley, Silakma, Tembagapura, Tiom, Walmak, Wamena, Welesi; ssp. pheres: Abmisibil, Batimban, Borme, Langda, Sabin Ngorin, Sumtamon. EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: none.
