STATUS: One of the two subspecies of this species represents Papua: ssp. persephone. The nomotypical subspecies is restricted to PNG.

PAPUA LOCALITIES: Anaklube (North Tamrau), Borme, Fakfak, Kobakma, Landikma, Mapia, Modio, Subyo, Sumbole, Topo. Details in gazetteer.

EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION: Papua New Guinea.
